Chase Street Market's History

The market along with Cafe Monte Alto are located in the heart of downtown Plymouth, NH in the historic Rollins Building. The Rollins Building is one of the oldest structures remaining downtown and it has remained a viable food market for most of its history.

Scott and Patti Biederman have owned Biederman's Deli (located just downstairs) since 1973. In 1999 Scott and Patti expanded upstairs when they bought Volpe's Market and turned it into Chase Street Market and continued the tradition of a downtown Plymouth food market.
