With one month already behind us, February is a good time to check in with yourself. How are those resolutions coming? Need to reset your reset? Some ways to keep 2022 going in the right direction: get outside, spend time with the people you love best, and build good habits.
SAYING "I LOVE YOU"
Speaking of sweethearts … February 14th is just around the corner — what are you doing for your loved ones? Go the non-traditional route, and give your honey pies something memorable this year: you can say “I love you!” with tapenade, crackers, and Pinot Noir; or olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then again, chocolate is universal; and we have plenty to choose from!
Whether you’re celebrating Valentines’ Day with the gals from work, the kids, the neighbors, or bae — find a new way to express your love and appreciation. Yes, chocolate is universal and goes a long way, but so does wine.
MORE WEEKS OF FUN
No matter what that groundhog does, up here in the White Mountain, we know we have at least six more weeks of winter ahead. But that doesn’t stop us from getting outside. The best part? After skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing, you get to come back in to warm up.
Get into a new positive habit this month. Keep a daily journal. Unplug for a little while every day. Meet someone for breakfast once a week. CSM is pretty chill at 6:45 AM!
